The Digital Justice, Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (JEDI) Consortium is designed to fix unfair differences, also known as inequities, in access to technology in the Metro North and Northshore areas of Massachusetts. We believe everyone should have the same access to these tools and opportunities for success, especially Black, Indigenous, & People of Color (BIPOC), Immigrant, and low-income communities.

Our Services
Our programs help bridge the digital divide and support those who need it most, along with our established partners, in the Metro North and North Shore regions of Massachusetts. You can access our services online, by phone (1-888-551-2167), email (GetHelp@MassDigitalJEDI.org), or in person at community locations. We provide the following services to the community:
Device Distribution
We help people in the community who qualify, access important technology, like laptops and hotspots, through a partnership with Computers4People. This ensures everyone has the tools they need to look for jobs, learn new skills, and stay connected with others.
Internet Access
We help community members find affordable internet options, like Comcast’s Internet Essentials and hotspots. This makes it easier for everyone to get online for work, school, and staying connected with others.
Tech Support

The Digital JEDI Consortium provides live technical support through its dedicated Digital Navigator Cohort, empowering communities by enhancing digital skills and promoting inclusivity in today’s connected world.
Digital Literacy
We offer intermediate and advanced digital literacy courses in Metro North and Northshore. These courses include topics like UI/UX design, web development, and skills for advanced Excel. Check out our events calendar.
Community Care
We work to reduce digital and economic challenges in underrepresented communities. Through our Digital Navigator team and our established partners, we provide resources for housing, food security, childcare, and economic development.
Other
In addition to JEDI Consortium services, our established partners offer more options. Please visit their websites for additional information.
