Our command center in East Boston manages all community digital requests, processing incoming calls and tickets and assigning them to Digital Navigator teams serving each community. Additionally, some site locations provide in-person services, either for walk-ins or by appointment. For in-person assistance, consult your Digital Navigator to find the nearest walk-in location.
